It seems that way, considering that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell stated that his top priority was limiting President Obama to one term. Seriously? The worst recession since the 1930s and that is his top priority?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-A09a_gH... bigvossman - You make is sound like the House controls the entire government. What, so the President and the Senate aren't responsible for anything? This recession struck before Obama even took office.
You can't blame it on him. We can argue about whether or not he did the right things for recovery, and I'm sure economists will argue about it for decades to come. But you can't blame everything that went wrong on him and give credit for everything that went right to the House for the less than 2 years they've been in power.
Just ignore that entire Barney Frank thing, and Obama and ACORN forcing citigroup to hand out bad loans, and Clinton repealing Glass Steagall and Clinton/Gore pushing NAFTA to send jobs over seas. I don't see what the economy has to do with most of that list. And let me inform you about something, wall street owns the politicians so any "wall street reform" is going their be in their favor, just like Obamacare was in favor of the insurance companies making more money.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
