In California is it legal to ride a motor scooter of 50cc or less without a license?

No. Not a "scooter". A goped, yes, so long as you were a bike helmet, ride on streets with no more than a posted 25mph speed limit or on bike paths.

A 50cc moped requires a m2 license and a "scooter" under 150cc's can't be taken on the highway and needs a m1 license. Search for California Vehicle Code (CVC) and you can read all about it, and print it up to wave in a cops face if they give you problems. -Ryan.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
