Not as you sit. What you have to do is go to a court house, and have yourself declared leagally independent. That means your parents wouldn't have consent over what you do.

But at 16, I don't belive that is the best thing that you could do. Only carry out with with that if you are truly serious about your B/F. Relationships come and go.
