This was all in my head months ago , now I'm struggling. There are two types of taxation, regressive and progressive. This would be progressive with a cap.

Anytime the government gets involved in anything you see the cost greatly increase. Right now Medicaid is one of the most rationed healthcare programs that there is. Ask any doctor who is part of this program and you will see that the bureaucrats could care less about health.

Also the payout for these programs will become less and less and that is why many doctors currently will not accept patients on Medicaid and Medicare. At least 40% of doctors have said they will quit if Obamacare is instituted. So who are all the patients going to go to to take care of them?

The medical system worked so much better when it was just between patients and doctors which is what it should go back to. I don't know why people think that government employees care anything about them because they don't. Most of the problems in the world come from governments.

The people in governments are just people with many faults. Government programs are all about power and control. The more government the less freedom that there is.

The answer is from when children are young teaching them the truth. The health is about personal responsibility. When the body is given what it needs it can do the job it is supposed to do as God intended.

You need to avoid toxins and give the body proper nutrition. It's really pretty simple. Wellness works.

You have to start with what is possible. It is possible to offer everyone some sort of care. We do that now at debatable levels of efficiency.It is not possible to offer everyone the same kind of care.

Less regulation, lawsuits, insurance intrusion into the system would help. People need to become acquainted with the cost of health care. Most people have health insurance and they treat it like a buffet.

They make too many visits just to make sure they get their money's worth. It should cost something to everyone every time you go, just like the car wash, or McDonald's. We could convert most of the common prescription drugs to over-the-counter drugs.

There are plenty of competent parents out there that know what is going on and could cut the Dr. visit out and go straight to the pharmacy and get what they need. If we want to be the sophisticated society that some imagine us to be then we have to be able to live in a world where a big bottle of Vicodin sits on the shelf at the local drug store. The market place is going to take care of it whether the government is involved or not.

If the citizenry decides that we want government to help people out, you have to do it in a fair way. If you are going to give one person a check you have to give everyone the exact same check. If government does something for the people, like the road system, then it will work.

If the government tries to do something for an individual person, like a SS check it will not work. If you try to do something for some people at the expense of other people, you end up with the fights that we have coming right now.

I'm more upset that he couldn't even keep his biggest campaign promise to put the thing up for citizen perusing on the Internet before the vote. Instead, we get the opposite--even the legislators hadn't read it! That was simply to overt a breaking of campaign promises for my tastes.

Most of them in the past have been much more subtle about it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
