Instead of code, can you make the Google Adsense code into a html link?

I don't believe so; you could capture an individual AdSense ad's link's HTML which would lead to a particular advertiser's site, but you'd need some different means to have this link update dynamically (e.g. If Google has exposed an API on their site which allows you to talk to a web service and get an AdSense link in response, you could use that in some way dynamically).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
