First of all, it's a gadget that's creating an entirely new market for electronic devices. The iPad is a Tablet computer, it's in between a touch cell phone and laptop computer. If it wasn't so functionally similar to the iPhone, it would be considered more revolutionary. So what is this new market you ask?
Well, it's a gadget that interacts with you as you consume media. You tote it around in the same way you would a newspaper or book, but it can play video games, surf the net, run specialized apps, download books, etc.Of course, there are other devices that do this, but this is, as you surmised, Apple. Apple has a way of making things that are...well, fun.
It's fun to use the iPhone. People love using the iPad. Computers used to be considered dorky and the only peole who used them were people who never went outside.
Apple is making devices stylish, because they're designed so nicely, but fun as well. Using an iPad for everyday functions like email, browsing, and watching videos is fun. The iPad is not something you want to design games with, write or type estensively with, or anything like that.
It's more of a fun device. It's basically Apple's version of the Netbook; the same thing the did with mp3 players (yeah, that's what they USEDed to be called). It won't be long before all Tablets are called iPads.
I see it like this. The iPhone was the first touchscreen phone. People liked it because the screen was just about as big as the device. No one had ever had a screen that big in their pocket before.
Then, when apps started coming along, people realized that the iPhone could have software that allowed it to do almost anything. However, regardless of how great the software was, you were still limited by screen size. The iPad takes away this limitation.
I've done full spreadsheet work on a smart phone before; it's not fun. The iPad has the potential to allow you to do just about anything with software that you can think of, and people consider that to be a pretty magical and limitless idea.In terms of whether or not it's worth the hype, that will come down to what applications are actually built for it and how well they work. However, for now, it looks like it really could be something that changes the industry.
The iPad is made by Apple. Video Preview of "iOS 5" Makes the iPad.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
