The Newspaper clipping could have some value to someone but not much. The more complete the publication the more value it will bring. If the clipping has the name of the newspaper on it, more value.
If it is a full page even more, and the complete newspaper the highest value The problem with old newspapers is that the paper used is very low quality. They are very sensitive to the acid in the air causing foxing (browning) and the paper becomes brittle, and will flake away in time. This is why collectors, unless it is a very historic issue will not pay big money for them.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
