Is a person allowed to take all the content that they have in hubs and publish them in a book oneday?

Copyright laws vary from country to country--although many nations belong to groups which share a common copyright law, such as the "Berne convention. "In general, though, copyright is inherent to the creation of an original work--when you have written it (and, in the US at least, committed it to a "tangible form") you own the copyright to that work. In the publishing world, it has been customary for authors to sell their copyright to publishers (or some subset of the rights--for example, if you sold an article to a magazine and they bought "North American serial" rights, you would still control rights to publish in other parts of the world and in other forms, such as anthologies.)Hubpages explicitly allows authors to retain copyright, so you can do what you like with your Hub content.

Whether your Hubs could remain online after publication of your book would depend upon the contract you signed with the book publisher. Presumably, though, if they wanted the content to be exclusive to their publication, they should be willing to pay for a larger 'basket' of rights than otherwise--and you should at least ask about this, when the time comes.

The content that you publish on Hubpages still belongs to you. You can publish a book of it anytime you want to. I think once the book was published, you would have to remove your content from Hubpages as they do not want duplication.

Yes, of course. Many of us have done so. The only thing is, you need to take them off of here before publishing them elsewhere.

You can't publish text in a Hub that appears in print elsewhere. If you were to publish your Hubs in a book, would you first have to remove the Hubs from HubPages?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
