I think that the wearing of pink is more a question of personality than maturity. I personally don't wear a lot of oink, because it's just not me. Even as a child and teenager I kept pink to a minimum. My younger sister is just the opposite.
I would never equate the wearing of pink to the maturity level of a person. I have seen women look very authoritative and dignified wearing pink as much as any other color. Jackie Kennedy was waring pink on the tragic day in Dallas when JFK was assassinated, and she showed such strength, decorum and dignity in the midst of such personal and national tragedy, all the while wearing pink.
If the woman is childish or immature, she will be childish and immature in any color.
It's not the age, it's how it's worn or what is worn that makes the difference. I've seen a woman pinked down from head to toe, baby pink sweatsuit, pink sneakers, pink visor, a big shiny pink puffy coat... you get the picture. It was a bit overwhelming.
I actually reconsidered ever wearing pink again because of this person. At the same time, I wear pink tops occasionally. In the summertime I love pink nail polish.
I've seen women of all ages sporting something pink and I've never felt queasy about it. You know what they say, less is more. Especially when it's the color pink.
And a lot of pink paired with glitter or shiny is not a great idea for any female over 10.
No such thing! No woman is ever too old to wear all pink. Just as I don't subscribe to the idea that baby girls can't wear blue, I don't believe there is any age limit on pink!
It's a springy, cheerful, fun, and elegant color. It can be made with class or style, or thrown together for a whimsical light look. You can dress pink up, you can dress it down.
But it will never be out of style or too immature. Only the cut of a person's outfit or their attitude can be too immature.
No way! If it looks good on you then you should wear it, but as you do age you should keep bold statement colours to accesories, and keep them as a statement piece for your outfit.
At a certain point, yes, but I think a reasonable amount of pink tastefully worn is appropriate at any age. As you get older though, it may be best to transition from blazing pink to more deep and mature tones, though a touch of pastel here and there should still be fine.
In the 19th century and previous ones, a women was advised to wear only "standard" colors after marriage - which was at 14 - 16... so, it was, in my opinion a bit early to stop enjoying life! Nowadays, women wear any color at any age; which is a good thing as colors are joyful and bring happiness! Don't have any resource as I'm an history passionate and my resources are paper resources - so no link :) Dom.
That's crazy talk! As we get older we definately have to make sure that our style is age appropriate, but color is for everyone. Just keep in mind that when we age we lose pigment in our hair & skin, so a shade of color that looked great on you at 20 may leave you a little washed out at 40.
The easy solution is simply picking your color in a lighter shade.
Never! The colors you wear should compliment your skin tone and coloring. If pink looks good on you at 80, then you should still be wearing it.
There is no reason to give up a beautiful color if you can still pull it off. Now, if you are 40 and wearing then there may be an issue.
A women can always where pink, there are so many shades of pink that pretty much all ages, sizes, and, colors of women can where pink. There are even men wearing pink now.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
