Yes. Meat is good for you despite what the WHO says. Humans have been eating meat since the time of the caveman.
There is nothing bad about eating meat. The only thing bad about meat is the added chemicals to it.
I don't always eat meat, mainly because I just don't like it that much and it kills me because I am an animal lover. But I do try to get it into my diet whether it's fish, chicken, steak, whatever the case because I know my body needs a little meat especially when I am menstruating or after I workout to build my glute muscles. If I do have meat, I typically only have it at dinner time.
My favorite form of protein throughout the day is a handful of almonds or some peanut butter.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
