Is eating the pith (inside of an orange peel) good for the health?

The pith and the peel are where about 75% of the nutrients of an orange is. The pith itself is bitter and is usually added to marmalade to be eaten. The peel is dried and used in meat rubs for B-B-Q.

Some of the dry peel is also put into marmalade. Even though it contains alot of the nutrients I really don't remember ever seeing anyone eating just the pith of any fruit.

I actually love the white skin on the inside of an orange.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
