I don't know, that would definitely be a personal decision, he was your husband, but death ended the marriage arrangement. If you are hoping to be with your husband in the new system of things you can have children there. If you believe you may remarry you would have a new husband to have children by.

Am so sorry to hear about the loss of your husband. Gosh...if what Debbie below says is true that sounds quite harsh - "Once baptized you cannot use that frozen sperm. If you do not become pregnant naturally with a live legal husband you will be accused of committing fornication and disfellowshipped."

So even if he had managed to survive the horrendous ordeal of going through cancer you still would have been frowned upon as you would be disfellowshipped for not getting pregnant naturally. The best thing to do is to go ahead and do it before you are baptised is my advice. I have done a lot of studying of this religion and as kind and sincere as many of the JWs are I just don't find that many of their teachings add up.

I truly don't believe that God would have any issue with this at all...that is my humble opinion based on the bible knowledge that I have to date.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
