Is harassing and stopping by force North Korean ships by American/south korea a act of war?

Wow, this is stupid even for the standards of the Politics section. So you're an experienced underwater engineer who has studied all the technical data on the blowout, are you? And you've determined how exactly to fix the problem a mile underwater?

And apparently you're also an experienced geotechnical engineer who has studied the geologic data and determined that the same oil reservoir could have been accessed by drilling closer to shore? Amazing. The world needs experts like you.

In your spare time, could you solve the problem of cold fusion for us? And how does ANY of this relate to the President? Last I heard, he wasn't operating a drilling company.

The drill rig has been in place since Bush was President. I guess Obama told them to cut a hole in the pipe? Wow, what a moron he is.

Countries (companies) have been raising ships from the ocean floor for years but usually not from one mile under the oceans surface.. If they screw up raising a ship, it falls back to the ocean floor. Plugging or stopping a leak of this magnitude does not allow for error. The ramifications could be even more devastating, releasing even more oil into the ocean.

My fear is that the "fix" will be temporary and will have to be monitored for years to come. Sounds like you have a serious case of righteous indignation. If "we" could have fixed lt in a week or less, it would be fixed!

The "liberal govt, peeps" did not build the well. Nor did they allow bp to fore go safety mechanisms that would have prevented this from happening. This is a crisis!

Since when has a crisis been solved through name calling and pessimism?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
