Depending on what kind of surgery you had, it can be normal. Most often the goal of orthognathic (or jaw surgery) is to get the teeth as close to proper occlusion (lining up) as possible. Usually and oral surgeon can get the bite to be fairly close, but an orthodontist may be needed after to do the fine details.
Think about it this way, the teeth in your mouth can only be moved so much by braces etc. Which is why jaw surgery is often needed before orthodontic treatment. The jaw surgery is almost like driving your car to another town, and the orthodontics is like walking to a specific house in that area. Many times you can't do one without the other.
If your bite isn't proper, I would recommend going to see an orthodontist or general dentist once your jaw has healed from the surgery.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
