Is it different to testify in juvenile court than adult court as a victim?

There will not be a jury there, and the only civilians allowed will be the kids parents, if they want to attend. The case is heard before a judge only, and my testimony I have given in juvenile court the court proceedings are always a little more laid back.

The prosecutor knows whats up. She will meet you before you go to testify, and sew up any loose ends. I am proud of you for standing up for yourself.

Don't ever think that you have to put up with that crap. It isn't much different, except his parents are legally, and financially responsible for him. Do everybody a favor, and let this punk be taught a lesson.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
