Is it fun to participate in WikiAnswers?

The Jury Is In... WikiAnswers Is Fun Yes, participating in WikiAnswers is fun If answering questions all day is fun, then I guess I say "YEAH! FUN Yes, it is Not really. I just joined to answer 2 questions Why, yes.

Join WikiAnswers and answer, because it is super fun I can't help but wonder this: How could anyone not have fun while doing this? And I would seriously wonder: Why would anyone do this if not for the fun? It seems to me you have 2 choices, as in many things: Either get stuck in and enjoy -- which is what I do -- or leave it alone.

WA is thriving. You can pick and choose to do what you want, within the TOU (Terms of Use); say anything you want to; answer or edit anything; and contribute daily or weekly or whatever I wouldn't be here if I didn't enjoy it. I wouldn't bother bashing these keys if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Sure I have a bias towards this site. I haven't even been here for a year yet and it constantly amazes me the breadth and depth of people's questions, and the variety of topics that WA deals with Sure, not all answers hit the spot. Some need to be assessed, or thrown in the bin if necessary.

But by and large, if you want to inform -- or be informed -- about anything, then it's up for grabs: "WikiAnswers is your oyster I suppose it is if you're bored and have nothing else to do. I like answering questions and editing ones that are incomplete and non-related. It entertains me... so I suppose I could categorise it as "fun I absolutely love WikiAnswers; it not only answers my questions, but also allows me to answer other people's questions.

Being 14, I can basically only do school work to satisfy myself by answering the questions that teachers set me. But now I can answer other people's questions too! This is a way to expand your knowledge by others answering your questions and you answering other people's questions -- so, yes, this is fun In a nerdy kinda way.(: Oh yes, WikiAnswers is very fun and addictive!

However, this is a good addiction; we build on your knowledge, as well as teaching you more about responsibility and how to act! However, it is the most fun when you're an active contributor, or even better, a supervisor. ;) But I may be biased, being someone who supervises a topic that was in terrible shape before I whipped up at least a few hundred answers for all the ridiculous questions there.

That would be the Elton John topic.

Answer questions on WikiAnswers! I am annoyingly pedantic when it comes to spelling, grammar and punctuation, so I get especially annoyed when I make “typos” myself! Although Americans are probably not familiar with the Australian author Colin Thiele – “Storm Boy”, “Blue Fin”, etc, – he was my second cousin.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
