Is it illegal for cops to shoot at an unarmed man who's running away?

Good question Bundy didn't want to pay gov the money he owed for grazing fees which is akin to income tax evasion and the righties are slapping him on the back like a good old boy, encouraging his defiance of gov w/ his posse. Bundy turned out to be a racist. But, when someone shoots down an unarmed black, the black was a thug who got what he deserved.

It's their world of hypocrisy. They want America their way and are reluctant to share it w/ the people they don't like. Here's another example ... as America endures this overwhelming gun violence problem ... "F.B.I. But, when we get one mass shooting f/ a US Muslim on the homeland, they want to ban/oppress Muslims.

Now days when just about everyone carries a camera police need to remember it's not business as usual, they need to comply with the law. No more blasting away and crying I feared for my life.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
