As long as the vehicles are parked within 6 inches of the curb, 15 feet away from a driveway and 20 feet away from a fire hydrant - it's legal. There may be a restriction for the mailbox also - but I can't remember at the moment. The property line has nothing to do with the public road.
You could park 4 blocks away from your property and it would be legal.
Nothing illegal about parking in front of someones house or property. The road belongs to everyone. The only trouble your neighbor seems to bring is being a pain in your butt.
However if you want to be a good neighbor don't park in front of his or her house.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
