As long as it is public property you can park. If I was your neighbor I would be pissed off though and make sure my hard water sprinkler was all over the car as much as possible. My lawn mover might "accidentally" toss some rocks, etc. While this is legal it is considered very rude to take up the parking in front of anothers home.
It's not illegal, but it's common courtesy to avoid it if possible. Naturally, in the city, there are no obligations since there's no knowing where you may park. But, in the suburbs, park in front of your own house.
Sure, she can't "say squat" about it, but being a jerk isn't a solution.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
