Is it illegal to wear a Halloween costume in Illinois when it's not Halloween, if so how illegal?

It used to be trick or treating, but I'm too old for that . All I do know is eat and drink Halloween treats, and answer Y! A questions.

Which I like better really depends.

I love the whole theme of horror. You know.. scary movies on TV, plastic skeletons laid out in people's yards.. teenagers buying gruesome masks... it's sorta fun just for the night.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
