Is it normal for a new tattoo to sting when applying lotion?

Your tattoo doesn't actually need anything medicated on it to heal, you can just be using regular unscented lotion and that would be fine. The problem with medicated creams is that it can actually try to pull the ink out of the "wound" and that's obviously a problem. Also it could just be drying your skin out, some people have bad reactions to certain creams.

I would just switch to a regular white unscented lotion and use it a few times a day. Don't OVER moisturize though, it needs air to heal and too much cream will cut it off from the air.

Don't use antibiotic/anesthetic cream. Stinging is normal as it's a fresh wound and it's healing. After a week of using antiseptic cream once a day, switch to moisturizing cream.

AND DON'T PICK IT!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
