Is it normal for my belly button piercing to look a little bruised?

DO NOT WORRY. I had the same thing happen to mine and I went running to my piercer crying and she quelled my fears. Clean it 2x a day max with a salt solution, I recommend H2Ocean and give it some time.

It is very normal to bleed if it catches on something. And don't be surprised if your piercing excretes a whitish liquid. That is NOT puss it is your lymph being excreted.

Lymph is your body's way of healing. The only time you should be concerned is if your peircing starts to reject (push itself out-- away from your stomach) if it secretes a green puss or if it hurts constantly. The bruising is normal your body isn't used to the pressure of the ball on your skin which can cause bruising which wil subside in about a month max. Also it is normal for you to notice the area around the hole is a pink color, that's irritation.

As long as it isn't pussy, swollen, or radiating heat you're fine Don't rush it & enjoy your body mod sweetie!

You HAVE to check with your doctor. It could be serious.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
