No Don't, particularly if you intend to tumble dry on a heated setting. You'll end up with a deformed suit. Turn it inside out and hang in your shower if you have air conditioning.
Without A/C hang it outside -- in a breezy area if possible. You may have to put it on wet the next day but that's better than buying a new suit. I've even had to pack a damp suit and fly home with it.
If you have to do this, make sure to unpack it ASAP and wash it out with wet suit shampoo or an anti-stink cleaning product. No, the heat will damage your suit. After rinsing it thoroughly, turn it inside out and hang it over the bathtub, or other drain to drip dry. Even in humid conditions, this will be better than a dryer.
The heat will quickly age the neoprene, and it will start to crack, and lose its elasticity. I have put on many a damp suit because it didn't fully dry from the previous day, because it is better that buying a new one. I hope this helps.

1 Yep, I always dry mine on a high heat setting without any problems at all. My current suit is 4 years old, has been used over 230 times and is still fine despite having been dried loads of times in the drier. See here: alananna.co.uk/blog/2009/tumble-drying-a... .
