Apply for FAFSA every year and you have to, to even be able to attend. You need your tax returns to apply. What FAFSA is is basically finding out what grants and loans you're eligible for.
Best time to apply is Jan-March. I think March 10 (or earlier depending on the school) is the deadline for the new school year, so don't miss that. Also check out fastweb.com it's a scholarship search.
Fill out the profile and they'll narrow it down. If you've already gotten accepted in the school you want to attend, there's always a place online (or in school) where you can fill out all sorts of scholarships that the school offers. Also if you're short, sad to say, but you're going to have to accept some loans.
I'm going to Purdue so I understand. After filling out the FAFSA and the school receives it, they'll decide which loans they can offer you and they usually cover more than enough for tution, boarding, books, etc., so don't fret! It's good that you're considering college!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
