Is it proper etiquette interrupting a facebook conversation if you are not on the friend's list, using another friend's facebook?

Yes it is very possible. I had/have the same problem right now. Im usually a straight A student but ive sterted getting hooked on facebook and when my grades came back I had 1 A 4 B'S and a D so then I gave my bestfriend(if you do this make sure its someone you can trust 100%, even your parents) my password and told her to change it until my grades improved.

Since its chrismas break im allowing myself to go on but as soon as school starts again im telling her to change it again. She had my password a week before christmas break and now after not going on for a week, I don't really feel a need to. Ive gone on about 2 times today and they were both for 5 minutes.

If you don't wanna do that, facebook was also my homepage so immediatly if I was going on the computer to do school work facebook would be right there and destract me so if this is the case for you too try making your homepage your school's website that way you automatically reminded to put school first. I hope this made sense good luck :).

You can have an addiction to anything. Even something as stupid as facebook. Try having someone watch you do your homework for a week, and stop you when you try to go on facebook.

You need to train your brain that you don't NEED to check it all the time.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
