Is it really true that you can whiten your teeth with strawberries and baking soda?

Yes, this really does work. I've personally tried only the baking soda, on my dentist's advice, and that did whiten my teeth a bit. It also helped remove some plaque, which is usually a good thing.

The link that I embedded above offers the "recipe" for combining the strawberries and baking soda for a good tooth whitener. The site cautions you to not do this very often, though, because your tooth enamel isn't exactly tough enough to withstand everyday treatment, especially with an abrasive like baking soda.

I'm not sure about strawberries, but baking soda is effective. However, keep in mind it's very abrasive, so I wouldn't brush with it more than a few times a month, and certainly not every night. Otherwise you'll wreck havoc on your enamel.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
