Is it safe to say Harry Reid's blunders have not only lost the Nevada senate seat for himself but for any Dem?

I am always amazed how many Americans seem not to be aware about the real healthcare issues relying instead on FOX and other sources to spread lies about the healthcare system of the USA and those abroad. I mean, if healthcare in nations with universal coverage is so bad, why do they keep it? Obama wants to make insurance more available to all and change the system so that it gives the American people value for money 1.

He also wants change so that the insurance companies find it harder to get out of paying for treatment. The system he is proposing looks similar to that which works in Taiwan where private companies are involved in providing healthcare 2. Obama campaigned on reforming the healthcare system.

He said he wanted to make insurance more available and he was elected to do this 3. FACT - the US has higher death rates for kids both for kids aged under one and those under five than western European countries with universal health coverage 4. FACT – American insurance companies pushed up prices and worked to stop paying out claims on those they covered before the reforms came in 5.

FACT - the USA spends more on healthcare PER PERSON than any other nation on the planet 6. That means that a dead American four year old would have had a better chance of life if they were born in any western nation with universal health coverage. If you do not like the policies that Obama was elected to bring in, he can always be voted out of office in 2012.

But if you disagree with the facts, please let me know. I am always willing to learn, but please provide proof. None of those who disagree with me have been able to do that so far.

By the way, to answer your question, you can tell Harry Reid if you want to. Personally I think that he is up to the job. So do the people who voted him in.

Reid, who is senate caliber, is correct. Being the president of the USA is about doing something for people and being an advocate for the community you represent. Trump, well, he's done none of that.

Ever. Have you noticed in all of the interviews he has been giving, that he never has any solutions, no real answers other than verbal bomb throwing? What is his plan for 15 million unemployed Americans?

How about the 50 million Americans with no health insurance? How about the poor? How about our crumbling infrastructure?

How about the wars? His sole experience with foreign policy is that he brags about screwing somebody in a land deal and that's proof he can do a great job in foreign relations. Reminds me of Palin’s false foreign policy experience claims.

Trump donated money to Democrats fairly often, and recently. He gave $10,000 to the Democratic Committee of New York State last fall, for instance, according to FEC records. He gave $2,400 to Senate majority leader Harry Reid in 2009, and he’s often donated to New York’s own senior Democratic senator, Chuck Schumer.

Now, that’s probably good business for a rich guy who lives in New York, but opponents in GOP primaries will point to it as evidence he’s not a real Republican. Trump is talking about raising prices for US consumers. That’s not the way he puts it, of course – but on CNN Wednesday night Trump told Piers Morgan that he’d slap a 25 percent tariff on Chinese goods to get them to revalue their currency.

In economic theory, which we’re sure Trump learned when he went to Wharton School of Business, producer costs quickly get passed to consumers. What happens if China decides to stick to its guns? The price of everything in Walmart goes up by one-fourth and President Trump has a big problem on his hands.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
