I used to think so but now that I look around and see who votes, I think it is a good safety net. Personally I don't think that anyone should have the right to vote before taking a constitution or citizenship test. Even today with the wealth of knowledge available at our fingertips, too many people get the bulk of their information from entertainment vehicles which are designed to generate ads.
Until the majority of people in this country learn to ask questions and understand the political system in our country, the electoral college needs to stick around.
No, it is place so that voting is fair based on population not state. It's a ridiculous idea to get rid of something that makes sure the majority gets what they voted for.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
