No, but lax enforcement of the laws makes it easier for criminals to get guns. If the law we have now were enforced as they should be there would be a lot less violent crime. That is the trouble with these laws the liberal gun control bigots.
What it seems like to me is that it must be the liberals that are involved with things like you are explaining here. I have gone to hundreds of gun shows and I have never seen what you said went on at this gun show in a liberal area. Sure you see someone with a firearm for sale every once in a while at a gun show, but I have never seen something like you explained "Tucked among many of the weapons displays were signs in bold lettering that read "Private Sales," "Cash Only" or "Private Collections."
Just doesn't happen in republican controlled gun shows. Also you lie, dealers in Indiana cannot sell handguns to someone who lives in Illinois, it is highly illegal and if caught they would lose the FFL, and their livelihood.
Perhaps they make it Easier. BUT look at the fact that ALL of the twelve nations that have more gun violence than we do ALL have much more strict laws than we do. Strict gun laws make it a little harder for criminals, and a LOT harder for non-criminals.
Remember, Criminals are already not in the habit of following the laws.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
