No. The biggest obstacle is what cell phones actually are: a piece of MICRO-electronics. Very little inside the phone is actually recycleable.
The case is plastic, that's sorta recycleable, and some phones on the market already use 70% recycled plastic. The problems are in the INISIDE. Batteries are sorta recycleable, but most don't bother.
The LCDs and circuit boards are not really worth recycling, as the effort to reclaim that little bits of stuff outweighs the gains.
Many leave their phone charger plugged in to the socket when the phone isn't being charged. This kind of behaviour isn't just true of mobile phone usage, it also relates to items such as digital cameras, laptop chargers and some kinds of printers. The fact that an appliance isn't being charged doesn't necesarily mean that the charger isn't consuming power.
I think it is because of the mobile phone's component and of course the users also.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
