Is my employer committing tax fraud / evasion?

He is absolutely breaking the law - make copies of your time sheets and have others do the same you should be making a heII of a lot more than $300 for 50 hrs work - that's not even min wage and you have 10 hrs of OT in there call the dept of labor - you have a class action lawsuit against the employer chances are non of you are covered on unemployment either the taxes being withheld are based on your W-4 exemptions, whih he also seems to be ignoring call your state dept of labor and maybe the IRS and state unemployment office chances are he will just close down the business, but they may go after him and you could possibly win some money if he doesn;t declare bankruptcy more.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
