Is Nioxin Intensive Therapy Recharging Complex only for people with thinning hair?

The Nioxin Recharging Complex is a multi-vitamin that is said to nourishment and promote growth to hair, skin and nails. I just reread everything there is about the product at the Nioxin site and do not see any reason why anyone could not take it. Yes, Nioxin specializes in thinning hair, but the vitamins simply promote hair, skin and nail growth.

No, only the first system is. I think there are some 7 or 9 systems. Each has a different hair type, or hair issue.
