Is pork better than beef in making soup?

I have never heard of pork being used when making soup, although why it should not be, I can't really see. So to see if there are any soup recipes for pork, I had a look on Google and I have found some sites which have a variety of recipes for pork soup including the excellent allrecipes.com. Grouprecipes have twenty five different types of pork soup listed, so between these sites, I think you may find some which appeal to you.

I have also provided the same links, only this time for beef soup. Which is better for soup is obviously down to personal opinion, it is also not possible to say which is more palatable. It's the same situation as the fact that I detest snails and octopus, whereas others think they are the best foods in the world!

As too the difference in flavor of pork and beef, pork has a lighter slightly sweeter taste than beef, I like both equally. http://allrecipes.com//Recipes/meat-and-poultry/pork/soups-and-stews/Main. I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
