Is President Obama being blamed for high gas prices as President Bush was blamed for high gas prices?

Well, Obama did tell us that under his plans, energy rates will "necessarily skyrocket". He's just keeping a promise.

Which is why I wanted the CEO of Exxon-Mobil to run for President. Anyone who can dictate gas prices while controlling less than 10% of the world's supply is the guy I want in the White House.
