Why did Liberals blame high gas prices on Bush, but not Obama, and why do Conservatives do the opposite?

As a moderate and a independent I blame Bush because his idiocy further made us reliant on the Middle East and it's oil. How? He waged 2 wars in that region expanding the military's dependence on petroleum even further by one of the biggest troop movements in the world's history.

His conquest of Iraq caused huge colossal damage to huge oil infrastructure in Iraq... it will be another decade at least for Iraqi production to be on the par of pre-occupation levels. Obama didn't invade that part of the world, he inherited a occupation and he actually got us out of the insanity of warring with a oil rich nation. He didn't destroy huge oil infrastructure to procure petroleum from a oil rich region while we are and have been so reliant on oil.

I still blame Bush for that idiocy and there is no expiration date on idiocy.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
