Is storm damage repair carefully practiced?

Storm damage repair may only be performed by licensed technicians who have been throught 3 years of storm damage training school and who have been mentored by storm damage artisens. Without these credentials, it is illegal to perform storm damage repair.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
