Daniel,Both is mostly the right answer. Thing is we have been doing so much damage over the years and not respecting any consequence for our actions until of late. There are still many who hold powerful positions who do not seem to care before the bottom line of revenue going into their bank accounts.
We do need to stop and think before we continue making a mess of things. Until we stop worrying about how much profit can be made fast and start thinking out the long term results of any actions taken, we will continue to do damage. Bottom line is we need to walk softly and pay close attention.
Back in the 50’s, Elvis was viewed as a horrible influence on the youth, then came the Beatles, short skirts, the Simpsons and so on. Most fads either eventually become an acceptable part of our society or they fade away. But, what about this new technology that is at the fingertips of our youth?
Is it something we need to worry about or embrace? There are many pros and cons of children having cell phones, video games, television, iPods, the internet and so on. After doing some research, I have found many suggestions to modern technology.
