Is the 1875 Supreme Court ruling on Natural Born Citizen true and authoritative today?

The Supreme Court does not make proclamations. T rules on cases that are brought before it. There are no cases seeking resolution on this.

Sam has most of it covered. It lies in the specific rules about the Supreme court, as to WHAT type of cases can be submitted...and they ALSO have the authority to simply refuse to review any case. In terms of what I personally have watched so far...no case will EVER get to that level.

Every attempt to date has been dumped on the legitimate rulings that the person either has NO standing to bring that suit..or the case itself is completely without merit. Without merit (as I see it) is that all judges have, to date, been simply been fully aware that Obama's citizenship IS NOT IN QUESTION in any legal form, and never has been. Since rational persons are capable of recognizing that his certificate of birth was VALIDATED by a authorized and legitimate agency (the state of Hawaii), his birth place is not open to dispute.

All rulings by lower courts have been valid, and according to law. Except for Orly Taitz and her groupies, most persons also can figure this out. The Supreme court, then...has NO REASON to dispute lower rulings, there isn't and never has been any LEGAL dispute on the merits, and the Supreme court is simply not going to waste its time on issues that THEY UNDERSTAND are not a legitimate dispute.

Edit just to add.. his birth place is proven to the satisfaction of any authority. The question of what is a natural born citizen is, in my opinion, EASILY and commonly understood. Persons believing fake websites are not a valid reason to bring it to the court...any more than they have to rule on if the moon is or isn't made of green cheese.

Rational persons know it isnt.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
