Ron Paul is the only candidate who could possibly defeat Obama, for the simple reason that he is the only one who presents a stark contrast in philosophy and policy to Obama's. All of the rest are in the statist camp, just like Obama. They all want government in your face.
Paul does not. Very simple choice, and that is why the megacorporate and their partners in corrupt government do not want him to be nominated. Because they know, if all American voters started to think about Paul's ideas -- in detail -- he would be elected.

No one is being forced on anyone - GOP voters can vote for whomever they please - even Obama if that's what they want to do. Sometimes elections come down to the lesser of two evils. Frequently, in fact.
