What is Mitt Romney doing in London collecting Foreign Money to run his US Presidential Campaign with?

He's trying to get money, he's already the Republican front runner and he has no reason to be touting America at the moment until the general elections.

Like what Obama did in 2008! He campaigned in Paris, Brussels and gathered a throng in Berlin which he couldn't gather in the States!
