Well there's three companies at play here so first an investigation is needed to find out who is actually at fault, if anyone. I expect this to be one lengthy and tedious legal battle that just inflates the oil prices for the consumer. Lessons won't be learnt to prevent other disasters and there'll be another leak in 2-5 years time that will be plugged faster and everyone will be singing BP's praises and accept a further increase in oil price to "improve the infrastructure".
Bravo! Well spoken..even though BP is not a US company I would still expect them to qualify for the too big to fail handout from the US taxpayers.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
