Neutral. The word "potential" only means that you are NOT something now but could be in future. It does NOT means you are female or male necessarily.
Likewise, "rapist" is neither female nor male.
I tend to think of men as potential rapists, but I guess it's possible for a female to be a rapist. Personally, when I'm walking home at night and I see rowdy drunken females, I don't worry all that much. If I see a crowd of rowdy drunken males, I walk the long way home to avoid them.
I don't think every man is a rapist, but I don't wish to gamble. Female rapists seem to be fairly uncommon, except in cases of child abuse, or at least in what studies I've read. Rape victims are gender neutral without question.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
