The qualities that make one a great leader are being able to communicate effectively, give and take constructive criticism, take responsibility for ones own actions and those of ones subordinates, being respectful of subordinates and earning their respect in return. Leadership is not innate, nor does it require a specific set of wobbly bits, so it's gender-neutral. Unfortunately we live in a world where some folks assume the presence of a uterus means a woman cannot be a leader.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
