Is there a certain food you always eat on New Years Eve?

For us New Years just wouldn't be the same without Chinese food. I can't wait to fill up on it tonight. Asked by Leesa914 23 months ago Similar questions: food eat Years Eve Food & Drink > Cooking.

Oh MY LORD! YES! In the south you better have blackeyed peas (and a little cornbread) on New Years eve or day!

Or you are Doomed, doomed, d o o m e d. Mine is in the frig. Sources: Southern nights .

No No my family usaully just has a regular dinner. Now I want Chinese food! Sources: me .

Funny coincidence, that. My wife has the "tradition" of going to New China (one of the better Chinese restaurants) for New Year's Eve dinner. However, this year all of our daughters are bowed out: one's on vacation, one's at work, the third is "occupied."

We were discussing last night getting take-out instead. Going out with only we three (and mother-in-law is no conversation in a restaurant) seems pointless. Ah well, we had fun yesterday in Palm Springs, at least..

1 Nope. We don't do anything special food wise.. but drink wise.. we always have sparkling cider or sparkling grape juice.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
