Virtually zero percent , the police rarely recover stolen items and when they do they almost never get them back to the original owner because people don't usually register their serial numbers or even know them , plus if they make an arrest and the thief still has your TV that TV and all of the other stolen items the guy stole are kept as evidence until after the trial Now , there is another way you could recover your TV but its also a long shot , if your TVs serial number is registered as stolen with the police and the cops send that serial number to local pawn shops the thief might be dumb enough to pawn the TV and the pawn shop either calls the cops and gets him arrested or they pawn the TV and later see it on their list and get it back to the cops .
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
