No, if you have killed the hair follicles. I suppose you could have a hair transplant. The eyelash growers/thickeners that use a prescription drug (Latise is one) might work to thicken any eyebrows that you have left. It's an "off lable" use, but has reportedly worked.
You'll just have to pencil in the eyebrows to get the look you want. Looks do make a big difference, but kindness and friendliness will sustain relationships, both personal and business. I second what the akuigla said.
It isn't too likely. If you have been over-plucking for a long time, you have probably pulled out the bulb of the hair on several of them. Those won't grow back.
Others might grow back but will probably grow back finer. I feel for you. I had really bushy brows when I was young and plucked them according to how the style was.
I haven't plucked them in years and they are so thin. My thyroid has made even more of the hairs fall out... and a good share of what is left is gray! You can give the illusion of real eyebrows by using both an eyebrow pencil or liner and eye shadow, as close to your hair color as possible.
Draw on light strokes. It will look different at first, because you aren't used to it, but it will look pretty natural.
Relax. Remember that you are unique in the whole universe. There is no other like you.So, you are special.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
