Is there any free hosted project management (or at least issue tracker) site for private projects?

Teamlab might provide a good project management solution. Only disadvantage is the fact that it's not possible to give priorities to tasks. But overall a nice solution.

Experimenting with teamlab. Seems to be good. Will update my experience later.

May be not what you're looking for, but for planning your project and organizing tasks you can try Checkvist. Regarding a free hosted issue tracker, consider YouTrack hosted. Disclaimer: I'm a developer of Checkvist and I work for the company which develops YouTrack.

Teamlab is obviously one the best. We have been using in for a long time by now and it seems that there`s nothing better for managing projects.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
