Io drop.io The other way would be to split the 30 minute video into three 10 minute segments, so that you can upload and watch all of them on YouTube.
Blip. Tv is a really great service. It doesn't have a time limit... but it does have a file size limit.
You'll need to ensure that your max file size isn't over 1GB. They recommend 100MB (for performance reasons) but they'll let you upload a loooooooong video. blip.tv.
blip.tv/ provides a iTunes podcast feed for your uploads, QuickTime *and* Flash video files. It has some pretty nice stats features, too. viddler.com is also pretty good for the community aspect.It also allows people to download the raw QuickTime file that you uploaded, if you set it to allow downloads of the raw file.
vimeo.com is also popuar, but I've heard that it sometimes takes a while to encode the video once it's uploaded... Vimeo is also known for having fantastic HD, if your source video is high-def.
Viddler is my favorite. I've upload videos with over one hour, and it works great! viddler.com.

You can upload however long video you want and if you are a registered member you can keep track of your uploads and delete it whenever you don't want it to be shared anymore. Also you can upload bigger files. If you need more than the allowed 300 MB let me know and I'll give you a better account.

The limit they are imposed are (for the free account) size: 500 MB of upload per week. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
