Is there any relation between the new Wall Street financial crisis and the race for presidency?

They have the money (quite literally) to play it for a long time to come and they do it because they can. As you point out they can fund lying publicity to try to shift the blame away from themselves. More important, they fund the lobbying to keep financial regulations weak so that the next horrific financial scheme they think up won't come within the purview of federal regulators.

Funding anti-regulation propaganda in general is important to them in order to insure some future short-term gains. The fact of long-term damage to the country is not their concern. That is the government's concern and there should be more push back from the Obama administration.

Some of the things that they say are true but, you'll NEVER get them to ADMIT that they had a hand in how badly things became or the simple fact that they aren't doing much to make the situation better. They would prefer to sit idly by and see what changes are made; then figure out how to make money off of the deal. They will probably keep going until they get what they want.

They usually do and they usually wind up getting their way in the end. If you're looking for the truth let me give you a piece of advice - STOP WATCHING FOX NEWS.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
