Is there any way of messaging someone on here if they don't follow you, or getting their attention in any way, does anyone know?

You can reply or message anyone on Twitter by simply using the ampersand '@' and their user name, like this: "@username message here.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
